The time you make your reservation, 50% of your rental fee is due. The remaining 50% of your rental fee is due 14 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date.

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the terms outlined below. Exceptions to our cancellation policy not be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for picking up your RV late or returning your RV early.

However, 50% of your rental fee is transferable if you reserve an RV for a future trip.

FFRV Cancellation Fee:

• Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of your rental will receive 100% refund less a $25 administrative fee.
• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
• Bookings cancelled within 29 days before the start of stay will receive no refund.

Outdoorsy renters cancellation policy: 

• Reservation deposit (50% of full trip cost) is non-refundable.
• If the renter has paid in full and the booking is canceled more than 14 days prior to booking start date, a partial refund of 50% of the full rental amount (minus fees) is issued.
• If canceled and the renter has only paid the reservation deposit, no refund is issued
• If canceled less than 14 days prior to booking start date, no refund is issued

Because we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, we recommend purchasing a Travel Protection Plan to protect your trip investment and yourself while traveling. We recommend Trip Mate, Inc. (www.tripmate.com)

When you pick up your trailer, a $750 security deposit for trailers or $1,000 for the motorhome is required. Condition and cleanliness of the trailer is your responsibility while in your possession. If your trailer is returned in the same clean and undamaged condition when you picked it up, your security deposit will be refunded to you within five days.

The driver of the tow vehicle must provide a current driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance that covers rental vehicles. We provide collision damage with a $1,000 deductible which is the responsibility of the renter.

Our trailers are stocked with dishes, cookware, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, sanitation, and cleaning supplies.  LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Pick up times must be scheduled in advance. Please allow 1 hour to complete your paperwork and a walkthrough of the RV. Your pick-up time will be scheduled when you make your reservation. Pick-up times are available after 1:00pm and return is before 10:00am.

Large festivals and large gatherings must be approved by Family Fun RV Rental or all the security deposit will be forfeited. Rent will also be charged in addition to forfeiture of the security deposit and all cleaning and repairs will be paid for by the renter.

Your tow vehicle must be properly equipped and suitable for towing your reserved trailer. (Please inquire if you have questions regarding towing.) Your tow vehicle must be equipped with an electronic brake controller. We have wireless electronic brake controllers for rent if your vehicle does not have one installed. Your tow vehicle must have the “power pin” on your vehicle connection working and always on whether the engine is running or not.

If your trailer requires excessive cleaning or there is negligent damage, you will be notified, and additional fees will be deducted from your security deposit. Any repair costs that exceed your security deposit will be charged to your credit card.
